Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ1. How big is each ProWallShot? ProWallShots have all different shapes and sizes depending on your choosing. They start at 24” (2 feet tall) and go all the way up to 72”(6 feet tall). 2. What are ProWallShots made of? ProWallShots are made of a durable, long lasting, removable material that does not leave adhesive residue when moving from one location to another. ProWallShots stick to almost any clean surface, can be wrapped around corners, and can be moved over and over. 3. Are ProWallShots just for sports? Not at all! ProWallShots can be created for just about any idea; Pets, Corporate Logos, Military, Artistic Shots, Sweet Sixteen, Groups, Fitness, etc… ProWallShots are as creative as you can be. 4. Will a ProWallShots damage my wall? No. ProWallShots are totally safe for walls. No tapes, nails, glue, or anything is needed to apply your ProWallShots. You can position your ProWallShots almost anywhere and then move it whenever you want. 5. What are your prices?
6. What file formats do you accept? We accept .JPEG, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI formats. The only file types that can be viewed in the library are .JPEG. The other types of images will be accepted, however an X will appear in the library below. Do not worry, we have received your image. If you have "vector" file please send to CS@ProWallShots.com You will be contacted to process your order. 7. How large of an image do I need? This is an important question. We recommend you take your pictures with a 4 mega pixel camera or higher. Your camera manual will tell you this information. Our printing capabilities are awesome. The better the image you provide to us, the better image we will return to you! For best results always set your camera to the highest possible resolution, and take a close, clear photo. 8. What payment options are available? We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Paypal for your convenience 9. Is your web site secure? ABSOLUTELY! Look at the bottom of the pages, we are using the most current SSL (Secure Socket Layers) protection available. You can be confident in knowing that ProWallShotss.com is a verified Authorize Net merchant. 10. How long does it take to get my ProWallShots once I order? We print your image within 3-5 days. Transit times vary based upon your distance from Toronto. Customers will receive their order within 7-10 business days. 11. Can I cancel my order? Yes, but only within the first 12 hours of placing it 12. What is your return policy? We stand behind our products 100%. If we make an error in the printing process, or your image differs from the image you uploaded, please let us know. We will issue a Return Authorization number for you. 13.
